WEDDING FAIR

The Port Macquarie Wedding Trail will be an interactive wedding fair that will take couples right to the door of some of our region's finest wedding venues. Couples will have the unique opportunity between 10 am and 3 pm on a date to be determined in early 2025, to wanderlust their way around our beautiful coastline and hinterland to visit some or all of these amazing venues.

Not only will couples have the opportunity to stop off and look around these venues, but they will also have the chance to meet and talk with some of the region’s leading wedding suppliers who can answer any questions they might have on the day.

Each venue will be creatively styled and decorated to showcase not only the venue but the work of the participating wedding suppliers as well. This will be a unique opportunity to see and experience what a real wedding could look and feel like at each venue, as well as connect with local stylists, florists, cake decorators, photographers, and more.

The Port Macquarie Wedding Trail is a free, one-day, self-guided event for couples looking to find their perfect wedding venue and/or wedding suppliers for their special day.
